Drawing Plan 24: Ahem, Aheeem. Burb. Clang. Hoink hoooink!

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 24. The other day was mostly about wrapping birthday presents and celebrations. Even our bike ride to Central Park involved us going to a secret location to buy a gift. We had so much food at the table and took many pictures. I feel a bit odd, sharing my family pictures on WordPress. So I will save myself the excitement, but i can tell you it was a traditional Russian dinner. Let me try to write a bit more before I move on to drawing plan 24.

During my commute to my mom’s the other day, I tried to draw for my rock studies. Then, I completed a single drawing of a rock. It felt painful, especially on the train. After 12 minutes of that, I finished it. However, right after, I started doodling and did something fun. To my surprise, I started drawing a bunny rabbit with a human figure. Man, I’m excited, so before I reach drawing plan 24, I want to finish talking about the experience.

The human bunny rabbit started with sketchy lines, then made its way to color flats. For the color flats, I choose gray colors of different values. The reason I draw this way is that the next step is to add a gradient map. Then I can quickly cycle between colors and move on to rendering more of the image. Anyhow, that is interesting to me, I want to build a more reliable workflow. Let us move to the drawing plan 24.

    Drawing Plan 23: Chat, Chatter-Cheep. Choo-Choo!

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 23. Did you ever have a dreary Friday where its mostly about work that you had to do for somebody? Then later, you realized that you didn’t get to do what you wanted? Friday, was all work and a little bit of fun. We watch The Patriot with Mel Gibson over lunch and dinner. Then rest were mostly chores.

    The Patriot

After chores, I thought about working on the live streaming landing page. Also, I wanted to draw four more pictures to depict the art DIET plan. Hopefully, this weekend, I can illustrate those pictures and stick the landing page on the menu for people to discover. Let us try to move on to drawing plan 23.

Before, drawing plan 23, I recall watching a video on the BioSphere is located in Oracle, Arizona. Also, the YouTube video mentioned that they were trying to replicate earth in a box. The group of scientists working at the place said it was losing oxygen due to the soil and concrete in the building. However, the issue is corrected, and the BioSphere is sustaining life. Anyhow, let us move to the drawing plan 23.

    Drawing Plan 22: Giggle-Giggle, Clatter, Click. Swish-swoosh!

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then I’ll try to move to the drawing plan 22. I worked on my usual items, morning pages, then pushed out my daily drawing plan. However, I got myself to create a new page for the blog, and it is a landing page for my DIET live stream. I want to create a central location where I explain all the details about why and what I’m doing with the DIET live stream. It hasn’t been linked in the menu yet, but for my faithful followers, go ahead and check it out and give me your thoughts on the idea (at the end of the blog post).

I will continue working on it, but the page will remain open, and I will start replacing all the links on these dailies. My goal is to move to a different live streaming platform. Also, since I care about you all, I don’t want to leave you confused with the dead-end art community. Anyhow, let us try to move to the drawing plan 22.

I started doing the cover artwork for the page too, and it is going to be simple drawing. Also, I don’t want to scare away people. I aim to help people starting. Besides, I don’t want to spend too much time on the cover because I will never begin. Moreover, I need to start replacing the links so that when I move, everything will be ready. Okay, let us move to the drawing plan 22!

Drawing Plan 21: Bloop, bloop. Splash, splash. Drip-Drop

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 21. Yesterday, I worked on my morning pages, drawing plan 20, and a few rock drawing studies. However, most of my effort went into thinking about moving to the Twitch live streaming platform. Also, I used it a long time ago, and now everything looks and feels different. Then, my brother and I exchanged a few calls to set up the platform. Do you use it for anything?

    Open Broadcaster Software

I’m hesitating to start drawing plan 21 because the other day has a lot of juicy stories. For instance, my brother and I had exchanged many texted in the afternoon and later in the evening. It’s also a new project for me, and I bet he is excited to share it with me. Setting up Twitch is hard at first, then it will be easier to stream. For example, I need to create a few new graphics. I have a few ideas on how to start, but I need to relearn how to use Open Broadcaster Software or OBS for short.

Still hesitating on starting up the drawing plan 21, but let us finish talking about yesterday. I’m curious if I can adjust my imported images in OBS without moving them around. I plan to try to edit them a little bit and see if the changes will reflect in my stream. Then, I’m going to draw them in Clip Studio Paint. I want the interface to look like I’m inside a museum or some attractive location. Anyhow, let us move to the drawing plan 21.

Drawing Plan 20: Fwoosh, fwoosh. Thumpy, thump. Flutter, arf.

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 20. Yesterday, I spent the morning live streaming and writing the morning pages. During the event, we were learning how to draw bunnies from various teachers. Also, the advantage of doing it that way is essential because you will notice better ways to illustrate that you wouldn’t have known otherwise. Also, if you see something you did before, that it’s a telling truth that you’re on the right track. Anyhow, let us try to move to the drawing plan 20.

    Art Education Results 🙌

Before I move us to the drawing plan 20, I found an exciting artist that I want to share with you. Interestingly, the other day, I started watching a few interviews with Brom. He is famous for his oil paintings of the weird, monstrous, and the beautiful. Also, I got inspired by Trent, who mentioned that he studied his artwork or techniques in his work. So, I figured let me try to understand who is Brom. Towards the end of the journey, I realized that he is writing a few dark illustrative non-children novels. Then, I thought about my friend Nenad. He is an artist who writes stories too. See the connection? Haha

    Drawing Plan 19: Bam, Bang. Ding-dong, Ding-dong.

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 19. I started drawing late, around 9 pm. I completed a single drawing study yesterday of the Youf Aghlal, Algerian desert city of Tmanrasset. The image caught my eye because it had many smooth transitions and lots of rock walls to draw.

At work, I spent most of the day programming styles for a kiosk application. Everybody hates getting stuck on something they don’t know. I’m no exception, so I had to let it go after two hours of banging my head against the wall. So I went and worked other tasks on the app. I’m a bit worried that the Angular app won’t work well in Internet explorer. Before we move the drawing plan 19, I want to unveil a cool movie I saw the other day.

    Logan Lucky

That’s mostly it for the day, we watched a movie, Logan Lucky, about a bank robbery. Also, I’m not going to ruin it for anybody, and I was surprised at how it ended. It’s a comedy and action film. Anyhow, let us move over to today’s drawing plan 19.

The Drawing Plan 18: Drizzle, Drizzle. Drip, Drop—bird Whistles.

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 18. The other day we did a lot of cleaning and cooking for the week, but more importantly, I got to focus on the book called The Artist Way by Julia Cameron.

Artists Way is an auditable book that will hopefully improve my creative mind. Also, it’s about 2 hours long so that you can finish it in one day. For example, It comes with 12 weeks of exercise. Besides, it’s the reason why I started writing the morning pages every day. However, now I need to implement the work the author outlines each week. The first week is about affirmations or negating all the complaints and weaknesses.

Anyhow, later that day, I got excited about Ragnarok and decided to draw. For instance, see the image below a level one novice, who will become a lord knight one day. I used to play as a lord knight, and I remember it took forever to level up my character. Anyway, let us move on to drawing plan 18 and wrap up today.

Drawing Plan 17: Gurgle, jingle. Clatter, Clap. Whipping-Whisper.

Good Morning, friends, let us go over yesterday, then make our way to the drawing plan 17. Firstly, I worked on the usual routine, doing my mental push-ups with morning pages and reconnecting with you as my audience. My goal is to let you into my world every day so that I can share my progress. Also, is it a bit selfish to advertise me?

Yesterday, I spent too much time writing drawing plan 16. Besides, I think it took me an hour to complete the writing. Hopefully, today the muse will sing proudly without a filter.

I didn’t do too much drawing, but towards the second half of the day, I attended the Imaginative Illustrators of NYC. It’s a prompt-based drawing group. Also, the prompt for the meetup included magic potions, a national day of the cowboy, and rock mom. I choose to make the first choice. Anyhow, let us move to the drawing plan 17, and I discuss the drawing.

Drawing Plan 16: Bloop, bloop, Splish-splash, bubble, drizzle

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 16. But friends, yesterday is a great day because it’s Friday and the weekend is on the way. When the weekend is over, I feel like I didn’t have enough time. Right before, I always get the feeling like I have more time. It’s a funny thing, isn’t it?

On Friday, I wrote out my morning pages with all the complaints in the world. Morning pages are great to assist because I’m able to let go of everything that will bother me throughout the day. It’s a brain dump or mind stream to flush out everything and reset my mind.

Drawing Plan 15: Swish, Swoosh, Meow, Wuff, Gasp, clatter click

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 15. The other day didn’t go as planned. I wanted to do my rock formations studies, but I ended up focusing on other tasks. I didn’t do a single rock study. For example, my time went into arguing with Adobe for deceiving me. The company gave me a trial for Photoshop, prematurely ended my free subscription. Also, I was upset because I wanted to try Trent’s Photoshop brush.

    I had a day left

Man, I hope Adobe gets their software fixed. Anyhow, let us move away from negative views of Adobe and focus on the drawing plan 15.

Drawing Plan 14: Bloop, bloop. Squirt, dribble—clink, clink, bam.

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 14. The day before included me wondering why it’s taking an hour and 14 minutes to write these every day. I badly wanted a solution to writing faster and wanted a way to springboard ideas. Then, I figured out that I can create a draft template to clone. The clone would have tags and some content that doesn’t change. Also, I needed a way to recall my ideas. Do you keep a highlight journal? Anyway, I’m planning on starting one up and hoping it will speed things up here. Anyhow, let us move to the next point, rock studies.

The Drawing Plan 13: Ribbit ribbit. Quack, quack. Ribbit, warble.

Hi, friends, let us talk about yesterday and then move to the drawing plan 13. The other day, I was writing the usual morning pages, then making my way to write the drawing plan 12. I’m slowly getting better and using the advice I got from my friend Nenad. He suggested I find a good time to post the drawing plans. Therefore, I created a tally board with a 12-hour clock. I’m going to slowly tally up the numbers from the reader to see what is the best time to post. However, generally speaking, it’s best to publish in the morning and not during the day when people are working.

I didn’t start to tally up anything yet, but I set it up. Anyhow, what else happened the other day?
