Hi, friends, I got stuck with a meetup with 140 subscribers for the drawing plan 85. Also, nobody attends the sessions in the last two weeks. However, I have a few ideas to try out before I give up on hosting Aspiring Artists Meetup. For one, I was thinking of locating followers of Reuben Lara and see if people use the Art DIET plan to improve their illustrations. Then, I can ask them if they are interested in helping me host. Afterward, I can set up a new time slot to run the meetup to give people more options to join. Meanwhile, I’m sending emails to the meetup subscriber list, so people are aware that we are doing events. Therefore, for the drawing plan 85, let’s not give up on Aspiring Artists Meetup.

Plan 85

While the drawing plan 85 is burning strong, the email subscriber lists vital to Aspiring Artists Meetup. For example, I don’t want the emails to sound spammy and repetitive. Besides, I thought about giving them useful content like workflow and productivity tips. Such as my steps while drawing and engaging content, I find on the web. For instance, the other day, I saw a video on “Intro to good shape language by future dev.” I like shape language because it saves me from making a significant mistake. More so, I can flush out all my thumbnail sketches early and find something that speaks to me. Therefore, let’s provide subscribers with useful content for the drawing plan 85.

During my thumbnailing stage, I thought about keeping the narrative going for the drawing plan 85. For example, Future Dev suggested that I start drawing first with no thoughts. Then try to illustrate for 2 minutes and describe what you see. While doing so, try to offer what you like and hate about the thumbnail sketch. Afterward, move on to the next illustration. The idea is to do 40 ore more of these until you find the one you love.

Meanwhile, try to vary the shapes in such a way where they don’t look similar. For example, keep the size of each one 10 points higher. Similar to font-family size or headings. Thus, let’s keep our minds active while we thumbnail our sketches for the drawing plan 85.
