Dragon Egg: How to be Inspired?

Dragon Egg

Dragon Egg

First of All, I received the egg challenge. I thought about dragons and what that they can hatch eggs. Thus, I went and looked up the definition of an Egg. It’s defined as an oval or round object laid by a female bird, reptile, fish, or invertebrate. The eggs of birds closed in a chalky egg-shall, while those of reptiles are in a leathery membrane. Besides, I’ve drawn dragons before, when I wrote about How to Draw a Dragon: 6 steps?

The Scene

In spite of dragon and egg objects, I started getting lost in what I was trying to carry out. Earlier, I had some ideas of drawing a lavish scene with gold, large eggs and dragons. Yet, to simplify my goal, I needed to come up with a story. Then, I thought about family, how much the dragon wants to protect the egg from harm. Also, I wrote an article to show how to list out ideas – What’s Fluffy While You Take The Train? Finally, I started setting time goals because I could have spent the day sketching away.

At the same time, if your curious how I created this scene check out Proxy: What Destruction Can be Caused by War? It has some tips on how to set up an environment before you start drawing. Also, when you lose focus, I recommend that you try to think about why you started the challenge. Not to mention, I had a similar issue when I wrote Neighbors: How to Draw them & Improve Your Focus?

I’m curious to know or your curious to know ⁉️

Besides, I recorded a short time-lapse of me drawing this piece. I will link it in this post when its ready. Additionally, this is free for you to see my technique. Also, let me know if this should the video be short or long? Furthermore, if your interested in how to name your post, read How to Make Tagline That You’ll Love?

In the light of my creations, I want to see your creations in the comments below. Also, my grammar and English isn’t that good either, if you see something odd, please let me know!?
