How I Overcame Acid Reflux: Personal Insights and Simple Exercises for Relief

    My Personal Journey

    How I Solved Acid Reflux?

After carefully reviewing the autobiographical case report, I realized that it’s about resistance training, specifically for the esophageal tube connecting to the stomach. The idea is to keep the head below my stomach in a kneeling posture. (I’ll have a diagram below) Then kneel on a platform while eating your meal. My favorite time is during breakfast because I set myself up with Oatmeal.

I curated a list of my top ingredients for Oatmeal

While visiting my ENT, he recommended I use mint chocolate rescue after eating to prevent acid from coming up. I tried both techniques together and saw restorative results. If you found the experience helpful, let me know if it helped you feel better throughout the day.

    ✨The Village Of Cantor

I needed to create a concept with no background in the idea. I spoke out loud during a presentation at a meetup event. I realized I was lowering my standard by not writing a concept short for the illustration I was to draw.

Below, I left you the concept write-up and a YouTube short. The video is 30 seconds long, and the reading is exciting, but I’ll let you be the judge of that.

    Village Of Cantor

Upon first sight of his landing, he noted a view of the castle from a hill. He saw farmland being worked by the village people of Cantor. The village mainly smelled of horses and pigs. He thought to himself as his stomach became hungry. He should come down and explore the estate.

While approaching the castle gates, he is greeted by two large guards holding spears of light. He comes closer with his hands open so as not to alarm the guards but to show loving-kindness and safe passage.

    ~ The End

The Village of Zupa in the Cantor region was brought to you by the Imaginative Illustrators of NYC. We are an artistic bunch meeting over Zoom to create art pieces while chit-chatting.

20 Ways to give a compliment on dating apps.

I have been dating around for a while now on good old Match, Bumble, and Boo. Then realized I had created a library of greetings for the not-so-faint of heart. Not so far out, it had occurred to me that I could share these out, perhaps with passionate word-smith hands. The words would soothe a gentle soul.

Sugarbush 2018 & Massive Snowstorm & Ski Trip

Up above, a massive snowstorm Sugarbush 2018, is coming to the northeast, and I’m getting ready to ski in Sugarbush. Im trying something new today, it will be messy. I decided to write my story today without the aid of Yoast. I will rely on my wit, and hopefully, the story comes out exciting read for you.

Earlier Uber prices surge because of an accident on the highway caused diversions. I waited a bit while watching YouTube, but then I realized I might be late. So I hurried downstairs. I grabbed my light bag and skis, put on my giant boot bag and called the elevator. After a quick breath, I hailed for a Uber and waited for it to show.

On my way to Fresh to Go in a warm Honda accord. I got an Uber pool, traffic is terrible, so I got the Uber to myself. We are driving up ocean parkway because of traffic conditions. Earlier, I learned that the bus is 30 mins late, so that means that I will get less sleep for Saturday. From fresh to go, it will take about 6:30 – 7 hours to drive or four days if I walk.

    Before getting to Starbucks

Earlier, I was packing for my ski trip. If it weren’t for my reusable ski packing list, I would have forgotten my ski undies. Getting out of the car, I realized its impossible to stand outside. Snow and sleet are pouring out; I decided to pop into Starbucks and see if my ski mates are there. To my surprise, I was the only one. Okay, it didn’t take too long till i wasn’t just me. In fact, i found myself playing a card game called Love Letter.
