How to Create Towers with SpaceDraw?

Towers

The inspiration for these towers came from a tutorial I followed here. It’s aimed for a complete beginner, although the app takes some time to get used too.

I recommend actually trying to create these in another app of your choice. I’m curious what you can come up with it. 🙂

The Story

Okay, so how did I discover this app? I really wanted a way to be able to create 3D models during my commute to work. I wasn’t looking for a full feature 3D app, but then I discovered SpaceDraw. The interface is hard to use on a small device and it’s not clear what all the functions on the menu actually do. Nonetheless, I was able to successfully create something meaningful. After a day of trying, I managed to bring it into Blender and finish it off.

By the way, the middle image, is using an experimental sky, camera and shader plugin by Wolf. He makes a few interesting free plugins for Blender that I personally use, if you’re curious, you can check it out here.
